SMOKEHOUSE Equipment Introduction:
Our meat smoker features a computer-controlled large screen man-machine interface. This system monitors all running states, displays real-time parameters, and allows for remote control. It can store up to 100 process recipes, including precise temperature and humidity curves.
The unique air circulation system ensures absolute consistency in temperature and humidity, resulting in uniform coloring and superior product texture. The external smoke system allows for adjustable smoke density, producing everything from light golden to deep purplish-red finishes using fruit wood or sawdust.
Built with high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and imported polyurethane thermal insulation, the unit offers excellent thermal retention and durability. The design meets strict HACCP requirements with interlocked doors for raw and cooked area isolation.
