1. Industrial Automatic Food Mixing Cooking Vacuum Concentrating Processing Equipment And Production Line
Food jams paste juice VACUUM ENRICHMENT EXTRACTION KETTLE, there are many different processing capacities and models: 100 liter, 200 liter, 300 liter, 400 liter, 500 liter, 600 liter, 700 liter, 800 liter, 1000 liter, 1200 liter, 1500 liter, 2000 liter etc. And we can make to order.
Structure composition: Vacuum Reduced Pressure Concentrator includes four parts: concentrator, condenser, steam and liquid separator, receiving liquid barrel. The concentrator is a jacket structure, and the condenser is tubular type. The equipment is suitable for the concentration of liquid in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, and can be used for the recovery of alcohol and simple reflux extraction. The contact part of equipment and materials is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and conforms to GMP medical standard.
2. Industrial Automatic Food Sterilizing Processing Equipment And Production Line
In food sterilization work process, scientifically tested sterilization at 121 ºC is more appropriate. Currently packaging has good heat resistance, and keeps food tasting good. 121 ºC sterilization, food center F value reached 4, has reached the requirement of commercial asepsis.

After Sales Service
Production:
a.) Design: All our machines are elaborately designed by our mechanical engineers who are rich of experience in this field. We accept special design according to customer's request.
b.) Processing & Assembling: Parts processing, assembly, testing are based on standard test.
c.) Trial Run: Each machine has to be tested before its delivery.
Packing:
It is possible to pack in wooden case or nude pack after wrapping by plastic film.
Delivery Time:
Some of our machinery is in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding non-stock products, the lead time of ~35 days depends on your requirement for the product.
Service & Installation:
a.) Consultation service before, during, and after sales;
b.) Project planning and design services;
c.) Debugging of equipment until everything is functional;
d.) Training of equipment maintenance and operating personally;
e.) Provide 1 year complete warranty and life-time maintenance service, and the fittings can be replaced to new using the old one.
f.) Installation and debugging: Seller arranges the engineer to user's factory to install, and help to train 3 operators. After ordering, our company issues drawings and prepared installation, sends technicians to the buyer's company for the guide installation and testing on-site, about 3~5 days, the buyer bears the round trip tickets, food and accommodation, and living allowance of $100/day.
