Automatic dough dividing and rolling machine QLDR-6 can roll 28-130 grams of dough, dividing evenly and accurately, non-sticky, with a gram weight error of ±2g.
Constructed with a food-safety 304 stainless steel body and PU food conveyor belt for quantitative dividing and rolling of dough. It is widely used in the industrial production of bread dough, pizza, air bun, naan, burger embryo, sandwich, tortilla, toast, baguette, and other products.
The machine is suitable for processing soft and semi-hard dough and features a Teflon-coated stainless steel hopper of approximately 35kg capacity.
The dough is handled gently thanks to a star wheel dosing system and adjustment of the pressure in the portioning chambers. This design avoids stress to the dough from the mechanical action of the machine, accurately producing the required dough weight.
After the weight is determined, the piece of dough is discharged and enters the rounding drum, which is easily interchanged according to the required weight. Electronic adjustment of the rounding speed is also possible during operation. The rounded dough pieces are then placed on the spreading belts for pick-up or for transfer to further moulders.
The maximum capacity can reach 12,000 pcs/h with a weight range from 28 to 130 grams. It is also available with a touch-screen control panel featuring 50 storable programs to control and store all machine functions—from size adjustments to rounding and production speed—along with diagnostics for potential operational issues.
