This Croissant production line is designed to manufacture a variety of bread products such as hamburger buns and toast, catering to the needs of medium-sized bakeries to large-scale industrial bakeries.
With a production capacity ranging from 200 kg/h to 9000 kg/h, the equipment supports 24/7 continuous operation. It fully automates the entire production process, including dough forming, tray vibrating, proofing, water cutting, water spraying, EC spraying, sesame/oat sprinkling, baking, tray releasing, demoulding, cooling, tray cleaning, tray cooling, and tray collecting/storing. The fully automated production eliminates the need for direct manual intervention.
Despite the automated production mode, the bread produced by this line still maintains artisanal quality in terms of appearance, texture and shape.
