Automatic dough dividing and rolling machine QLDR-8 can roll 28-110 grams of dough, dividing evenly and accurately, non-sticky, with a gram weight error of ±2g. Designed with a food-safety 304 stainless steel body and a PU food-grade conveyor belt for quantitative dividing and rolling of dough, it is widely used in the industrial production of bread dough, pizza, air buns, naan, burger embryos, sandwiches, tortillas, toast, baguettes, and other products.
The machine is suitable for working soft and semi-hard dough and features a Teflon-coated stainless steel hopper of approximately 35kg capacity.
The dough is handled gently thanks to a star-wheel dosing system and adjustment of the pressure in the portioning chambers. This avoids stress to the dough caused by mechanical action, producing the required weight of dough consistently.
After the weight is determined, the piece of dough is discharged and enters the rounding drum, which is easily interchanged according to the required weight. Electronic adjustment of the rounding speed is also possible during operation. The rounded pieces of dough are placed on spreading belts for pick-up or for transfer to further moulders.
The maximum capacity can reach 16,000pcs/h with a weight range from 28 to 110 grams. It is also available with a touch-screen control panel featuring 50 storable programs, managing and storing all machine functions from size adjustment to rounding and production speed, alongside diagnostics for operational troubleshooting.
