Product Description
Product Introduction
The Parallel compressor type condensing unit has the following characteristics:
- Compared with a single-unit compression condensing unit, the initial investment under the condition of the same warehouse cooling capacity can save about 10%.
- The power consumption is less than that of a single-unit compression condensing unit under the same conditions, saving more than 15% of energy consumption.
- The cooling speed is fast. The parallel unit can quickly reduce the temperature of the warehouse when there is stock, improving the utilization rate of the warehouse.
- The unit is integrated, which is convenient for construction, installation, centralized maintenance, and management.
Each unit has undergone drying, vacuuming, leak detection, 2.4MPa pressure test, and protective nitrogen filling for transportation and inspection. All electrical components are easy to maintain, adjust, and overhaul.
The unit has been connected to all piping and electrical lines by the factory, ready to be installed and used. When installing, only need to connect the liquid pipe and gas pipe, control circuit and main power line that connect the air cooler and the compression condensing unit.
Application Industry
Industrial condensing units are available for all kinds of low temperature, mid, and high temperature cold rooms, and quick freezer rooms. These mainly apply to the food industry (like cheese, seafood, meat, fruit jams, vegetables, etc.) and cold chains.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1
What information is required to get a precise quotation?
We need to confirm: whether the ice is made from seawater, saltwater, or freshwater; the ambient and water inlet temperatures at the installation site; your local power supply specifications; the target application of the ice; and your preferred cooling mode (water, air, or evaporative cooling).
Q2
How are installation and commissioning handled?
Customers can easily install the units using our comprehensive manuals, online instructions, and live video support. Alternatively, we can arrange 1 to 3 engineers to supervise final installation and commissioning at the site. (Customers must provide local accommodation, round-trip flights, and daily commission fees).
Q3
What needs to be prepared before technical support engineers arrive?
Power, water supply, appropriate installation tools, and necessary spare parts must be fully prepared and ready on-site before our engineers arrive.
Q4
What are the terms of the warranty and technical support?
We provide a 1-year warranty starting from the Bill of Lading date. If any failures occur within this period due to manufacturing defects, we will provide spare parts for free. Additionally, we provide permanent, lifelong technical support and consultation for all our machinery.
Q5
What is your procedure for handling failure claims?
Please submit a detailed written failure description outlining the equipment information and specific issue, accompanied by relevant pictures for confirmation. Our engineering team will review the claim and provide a diagnostic report with troubleshooting solutions within 24 hours.
Q6
How responsive is your after-sales support system?
We offer round-the-clock technical support (365 days, 24/7 assistance). Our dedicated service division features over 25 engineers ready for instant support, with more than 15 specialized engineers available for international overseas service.
