Fruit juice production line is composed of water powder mixer, syrup filter, duplex filter, vacuum degasser, UHT sterilizer and homogenizer, and so on. The raw material could be fresh fruit or concentrated juice. It can be used for making orange juice production line, apple juice production line, peach juice production line, and cherry juice production line etc. Custom production lines can also be designed in accordance with customers' requirements.
The whole juice production line consists of the following units:
- Raw material: 100% Pure pulp or concentrated juice.
- Mixing and preparing section
- Pasteurizer, Homogenizer, Degassing machine
- High level storage tank
- Filling and Packing
- CIP cleaning system
- After treatment equipment, like conveyor, package or pallet, etc.
