This 48 in. Professional Style Dual Fuel Range will fulfill all your cooking desires. The manufacturing facility was established in July 2011, covering an area of about 100,000 square meters. The main products are range, baking utensils, range hood and integrated smart kitchen appliances, Outdoor kitchen, tool cabinet, BBQ grill, providing world-leading kitchen solutions.
In addition, the factory has introduced advanced production lines and special equipment from various countries. It has a large number of advanced high-precision processing equipment such as CNC punching machines and CNC folding beds. At the same time, it also introduces advanced product assembly lines and safety testing instruments. It is equipped with enamel wire and powder spray lines, equipped with imported spray guns, and has established a gas product testing laboratory approved by CNAS National Laboratory.
We are one of the few factories that have established a global CSA accredited laboratory and have obtained the CSA official authorization certificate. The production lines have the capacity to export 6,000 container oven products annually. With the laboratory accredited by China's CNAS National Laboratory, it successfully passed the North American market gas product access certificate CSA, which laid a good foundation for international product exports.
The factory has three finished product assembly lines with an annual output of 6,000 containers. The assembly line is well-equipped, and each station is equipped with a display to show operating specifications. All gas products go through three inspection procedures: a gas tightness tester to detect gas leakage at individual locations, a comprehensive safety testing instrument, and a final manual inspection by QC inspectors.
Technology sources mainly include independent research and development, industry-university-research cooperation, and external expert research and development. The center collaborates with university computer, information technology, and mechanical engineering departments to direct independent technology research and development.
Partnerships with local and international institutes allow the joint development of "Key Technology and Industrialization of Intelligent and Efficient Interactive Kitchen Electric Systems" and indicator circuit projects. Backed by the CNAS National Laboratory accredited testing facilities, our products successfully obtain CSA certification for the North American market.
Equipped with a professional transportation laboratory, tests are performed to ensure outer packaging stability during shipment. This facility is equipped with crash test, drop test, clamping test, and compressive strength test instruments.
